Comment:

 During manufacturing test refinement I expect to remove any tests for
 things that are not part of the SKUs being produced.  So there will be no
 testing of the EC keyboard and mouse path, for instance.  These changes
 will possibly break the tests for 1A3, 1B1, and 1B2.  I think we should
 revisit this once the 1C1 unit is available.
