Comment:

 SCIM is and has continued to be in OLPC builds, although we only include
 the pinyin IME by default.

 Last tested in 10.1.3, and maybe in 11.2.0 a bit, but to properly test one
 would need a build with a full font set (not just "lgc"), and know how to
 properly use the various IMEs.
