 http://rpmdropbox.laptop.org/f14-xo1.75/olpc-firmware-
 q4b10-1.unsigned.noarch.rpm has a prerelease Q4B10 version in it, driving
 people nuts as it causes the camera to fail.  The version in
 dev.laptop.org/pub/firmware supposedly is correct (or at least has the
 camera working).

 We need to get the proper Q4B10 in the RPM & 11.3.0 build if not a forced
 Q4B11 or other upgrade.
