 As mentioned in your comment as we edit-collided, this looks like a
 discussion earlier I recall seeing earlier where we thought there might be
 two Q4B10s.  It looks like that is the case.

 Installed Q4B10 on a HS Keyboard B1 which had Q4B09 from
 http://dev.laptop.org/pub/firmware/q4b10/ .  Ran "test /camera" before and
 afterward and it worked.

 Downloaded Q4B10 the RPM version (in os7) from
 http://rpmdropbox.laptop.org/f14-xo1.75/olpc-firmware-
 q4b10-1.unsigned.noarch.rpm.  Removed the "bootfw (obsoleted name) RPM,
 installed this RPM, and unzipped bootfw.zip to get at the data.img file.

 This Q4B10 has the md5sum of the bad version, and does fail /test camera
 as described.

 We need to add the right Q4B10 to the build.
