 Bisecting

 With commit 2510 (OLPC XO-1.75 - enforce SPI FLASH write protect during
 security startup, #11228) test /camera works. Booting after running test
 /camera gives us a working /dev/video0 under linux. A normal boot however,
 has no /dev/video0 under linux.

 Same symptoms with 2506 (OLPC XO - fix stack imbalance when bad firmware
 image file detected, image length left behind.)

 Same symptoms with 2506 (OLPC XO-1.75 B1 - move CAM_RST...) and earlier
 commits.

 If we are to believe git bisect, the problem starts with the CForth build
 change right after Q4B09. Unclear what this means -- it may be some other
 variation in the toolchain.

 So the 2 problems are linked, but are not the same.
