Comment:

 Right after boot on os6 and os7, /dev/video0 is missing. Downgrading
 kernel versions does not make any difference. Modules are loaded, but find
 no hw. Unloading/reloading mmp_camera and related modules does not help.

 Downgrading OFW to Q4B09 brings /dev/video0 back - tested with os7 and
 matching kernel.
