 dove-0.1.0-5.olpc.armv5tel.rpm
 <jnettlet> you will have to then go in and edit
 /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/xo1.75.conf and change HWCursors to true

 With the rpm and hwcursor set to true, the dragging works as expected.
