Comment:

 From dsd's notes over IRC - this seems related to a kernel bug in the
 build host (koji2) where symlinks made in a loopback device are sometimes
 corrupted.

 Koji2 seems to be working correctly under 3.1.0-rc7-09071-gf9d81f6.

 Setting to finalize -- perhaps dsd can post his test script, additional
 notes.
