 All PO files need a refresh in the next build.

 Specific examples, ""Duplicate" and "Copy to" strings in Journal pulldown
 options were not in Spanish, in spite of having been translated and
 committed in sugar.po file.

 Multiple examples in activities (both Fructose and Honey) as well.
 This may well be an artefact of the timing of build 6 and the L10n
 activity, so maybe build 7 will automatically pick up any newly committed
 PO files, but it seemed worth filing the ticket so that there is follow-up
 testing.

 Similar issues noted in French.
