 It does work, the problem is with mirrors. There's currently a limited
 number of Fedora Secondary mirrors some of which I believe restrict
 connections to countries. The major mirror for Secondary arches in terms
 of bandwidth is kernel.org and its currently down due to security issues.
 We're seeing issues not just with secondary arch but also primary mirrors.
 Ask dsd how many problems we had trying to get an up to date mirror for
 the last build.
