 1. On an XO-1.75 with a touchscreen, start Browse.
  2. Go to a web page you can scroll (such as the Chemistry content
 bundle's home page).
  3. Hold down the "Hand" key on the keyboard and drag & up and down on the
 keyboard's touchpad.  The browser window will scroll through its contents.
  4. Hold down the "Hand" key and drag your finger across the touchscreen.
 The Browse window itself will move around.

 Seen in 11.3.0 os4.
