 Yes is visibly fixed on B1 SKU-199 (with DCON RAM) units.

 Strangely, on SKU-198 (which don't have DCON RAM) the initrd code does not
 attempt to show pretty boot / plymouth. Probably uses the DCON state as a
 hint to whether it should do pretty boot or not.
