 OLS_CATHODE changes from GPIO_15 for B1 to GPIO_30 for C1.

 Presume B1s to continue to be supported by the code.

 IO_OUTPUT_ENABLE, IO_OUTPUT_HIGH, IO_OUTPUT_LOW, IO_PULLUP_DISABLE,
 IO_INPUT_ONLY, IO_ACTIVE_LOW existing usage is with constants, if
 OLS_CATHODE changed to a variable ols_cathode based on board id, then this
 change would be the first such.
