 Unfortunately not reliably. Once a site produces this error, restarting
 Browse does not fix the error, it will fail on the same site every time.
 Only rebooting will allow access to the site.

 It has failed multiple times  on the ASLO developers hub when viewing the
 graph of download statistics. Also on
 http://www.weatherzone.com.au/radar/vic/melbourne
