 Tested on 11.3.0 candidate build 881 on XO-1.5 and XO-1.75.

 The names are fixed, au tahana works, basic functionality seems OK.
 However, everything always appears in English. Not a regression - also
 reproduced on 11.2. Filed http://bugs.sugarlabs.org/ticket/3202

 So even though it didn't pass the test case I think this is still fine.
