Comment:

 Fixed by svn 2606 and CForth git 053fbb0.  CForth now looks to see if the
 LCD DMA enable register has been turned on, and OFW turns it on at that
 early interact point.  That has the useful side effect of making the "POST
 code" number appear on the LCD screen at the interact point, thus giving
 positive indication that the interact point was reached.
