 The configure_hw_xo_1_75() section in olpc-configure currently is a
 placeholder.

 For the 11.3.0 release we need to decide if it should act like the XO-1 &
 1.5 sections, and:

  * Set several audio mixer levels/toggles
  * Set rfkill status for wifi
  * Call initialize_ptmode if we are going to support ALPS touchpads on
 XO-1.75.

 Seen in 11.3.0 os881.
