 Thanks.  Please provide dmesg of boot, and dmesg of unplug and reinsert.
 Please advise which port you are plugging the mouse into.

 Also, you have chosen "Version" of 1.75-A2, are you sure this is an A2
 unit?  We were not targeting current builds to A2.  If it is a B1, please
 provide the serial number.
