 Currently, runin-sus tests for things like acpi, and bails out. This
 clearly is a no-go on XO-1.75.

 We currently have Q4B11 and recent kernels built from from Andres' git
 repo work S/R driven by rtcwake reasonably well -- or at least enough to
 get going under runin.

 A test kernel demostrating S/R is available at
 http://dev.laptop.org/~martin/xo1.75kernels/kernel-3.0.0_xo1.75-20111011.1503.olpc.9d437c5.armv7l.rpm
 -- it breaks plenty of other things however! It is built from Andres'
 commit 19626235780064079a9b226c03dc106e7709e884
