 renaming the file to olpc.conf. At the Fedora level, I guess we have to
 continue to agitate to either fix or drop the font -- it is widely broken.

 The local.conf is loaded without more changes. If we rename the file to
 olpc.conf, will need modify another file to look at this new file.
