 Great! I didn't know you could blacklist fonts. +1 from here.

 From our "downstream" PoV, it is a good fit for olpc-utils, perhaps
 renaming the file to olpc.conf. At the Fedora level, I guess we have to
 continue to agitate to either fix or drop the font -- it is widely broken.
