#11312: XO 1.75 lease/activation graphical progress screen needs to be fixed

 The lease/activation graphical progress screen used in secure mode needs
 to be fixed.  All that appears is a white bar where the "activation lease
 not found" text appears when there is a failure, and said text in said bar
 when there is a failure.

 The text console log appears to indicate activation is working properly
 but I will check that further later on.

 Tested on 1.75 models both with DCON RAM as well as without with
 os880/Q4B11.
