Comment:

 Test /mouse works before and after on my other B2, so this appears to be a
 unit defect. The failing B2 has other problems that were caused by a short
 circuit while probing some signals, so this might be something else that I
 killed.

 The unit in question fails  test /mouse  with Q4B10 too, so I'm going to
 declare this a unit defect.
