 A few observations:

 - export
 PLUGINS_PATH=/home/olpc/Activities/Scratch.activity/plugins/$ARCH/ would
 be great if that would be based on $HOME

 - a few lines above "cp -r $SQUEAKVM
 $HOME/Activities/Scratch.activity/bin" this should be
 '/home/olpc/Activities...', a few lines above we define
 "HOME=$SUGAR_ACTIVITY_ROOT/data"

 - please update the News file, our only way to know what has changed
