 Gonzalo posted a message proposing activity updates for many activities
 for 11.3.0.

 From his mail, I'm excluding Pippy, Portfolio and Abacus, as the mail
 suggests they are work in progress (individual tickets can be opened when
 ready). The others:

 == Updated translations only ==

 Suggested test case: simply start and stop the activity in both English
 and Spanish.
 All translations updates have been briefly reviewed.

 All changes have been briefly reviewed. Suggested test case: test basic
 functionality of the activity in English and Spanish.

 These activities had massive commits from pootle (thousands of lines of
 diff) and have not been reviewed. Suggested test case: test in a few
 languages.

 == Updates not included ==

 Here are the remaining updates that didn't pass my review and hence will
 not be included in the next build. Please open individual tickets for
 these updates if/when the issues are resolved.

  * GetBooks 10 - not in git
  * Words 12 - Spanish translation regressed
  * Stopwatch 12 - no updates in languages that we ship, no need to update
  * Fototoon 10 - recent commit includes an undocumented/unintentional
 change to locale/es/LC_MESSAGES/org.eq.FotoToon.mo - please
 investigate/verify
  * Read 91 - commit 67ecf46f95c introduces a python syntax error and will
 break for all languages
