Comment:

 Fixed by svn 2581.  For some reason, resetting the ABBC_MPMU clock turns
 off timer 2, which the SP uses for handling downstream PS/2 commands.  The
 fix was not to reset that clock.  It's okay to turn off the clock and turn
 it back on, but hitting the reset bit is a no-no.
