 Runin will fail a percentage of units because 0.16.1 and earlier did not
 take time spent in suspend into consideration for data rate measurements
 of accelerometer and light sensor.

 Fixed in olpc-runin-tests 0.16.2 released on 23rd November.

 os14 contains 0.16.1.
