Comment:

 The error does not happen in os11, appear in os12.

 Looking at the code, I found is a collateral effect of loosing clock.
 Looks like zipfile.py does not support save a file with date Jan 1 of
 1970.

 Disabling power-mgmt and setting the date solves the problem.
