so anyone that sets the data using ntp, then uses "hwclock --systohc" to
tuck it away will need to add "--rtc=/dev/rtc1" to their commandline.
hmm. it seems that hwclock actually tries "/dev/rtc" before trying
"/dev/rtc0". i think "ln -s /dev/rtc1 /dev/rtc" would make userlevel
work.
