Comment:

 Flashing red/yellow happens anytime the voltage is below a certain
 threshold it does not reset after a critical shutdown.  What happens is
 the EC shuts everything off and then goes to sleep.  The battery then
 recovers some of the voltage loss as it cools and the internal resistance
 decreases.

 I believe the bug here was that the EC was not going into stop mode so it
 continued to blink while the voltage was below the critical threshold.

 This bug is fixed in Q4C04 and later.
