Comment:

 Thanks.  Duplicate of #11409, for which a fix was committed in the past 13
 hours, and has not yet reached a build.  Closing #11455.  Andy, please
 track the issue at #11409 and #11411.

 Volume is good on 11.3.1 os10, but no change to the headphone switching.
 The noise on one channel is likely to be #11411.
