 Some SD cards have problems under Linux. Tested in arm-3.0-wip as of today
 with no CONFIG_MMC_UNSAFE_RESUME (to workaround #11353).

 Upon insertion we get

 {{{
 Nov 14 19:55:16 xo-6d-81-67 kernel: [  122.196331] sdhci: Switching to
 1.8V signalling voltage failed, retrying with S18R set to 0
 Nov 14 19:55:16 xo-6d-81-67 kernel: [  122.207096] mmc0: error -84 whilst
 initialising SD card
 }}}

 The same SD card works correctly for a basic test (dir ext:) in the same
 unit under OFW.

 The same SD card works correctly on a USB-SD card reader.

 The same SD card fails identically on my Lenovo Thinkpad running Fedora's
 2.6.40.6-0.fc15.x86_64 kernel.
