 Add a test procedure with os10 [[BR]]
 1.Plug SD then power on system => SD card can work and appear in sugar
 [[BR]]
 2.Shutdown system [[BR]]
 3.Remove SD then power on the system => after plug SD card in sugar then
 it cannot detect. [[BR]]
