Comment:

 * it is the KM tag that is useful, not the KV tag,

  * fn-F6 involves more then just one key, which means greater delay, and
 keeping track of state in case the fn keydown event is not immediately
 prior to the F6 keydown event,

  * in Sugar the F6 key is used without modifier,

  * F6 is used by emacs, so is not easily available for reassignment,

  * del is in the same position as the membrane frame key,

  * del currently behaves as bksp or erase, and is superfluous.
