 I saw a libertas sequence error which caused a suspend to fail.  Perhaps
 we tried to process a command after resetting the sequence counter?

 The XO was a SKU202 C1, 11.3.1 os10, with
 kernel-3.0.0_xo1.75-20111109.1543.olpc.38ca745.armv7l & firmware Q4C04.
