 Testing runin-0.15, which will appear in the soon-to-be-announced os9, it
 never suspends, because it waits 20 minutes, and the system reboots before
 the 20m wait is over.

 Not sure where we control the reboot loop frequency -- a quick grep of the
 code didn't help me here.

 Changing it to the "debug" values in runin-sus source, it seems to work.
