 Deployments need to store XOs for up to 6 months. Deployments using anti-
 theft need an accurate RTC clock. How do we recommend deployments store
 the XOs and maintain valid RTC given the main battery and rtc battery will
 not maintain a charge for that duration. This problem would largely be
 alleviated if there is was a quick way for field techs to set RTC in
 secure mode see: #11425.
