 WE have SR working under OFW in #11102 -- under Linux it seems to be  a
 trickier task to SR reliably. Mitch says the top issues are:

  * s/r issues are stability of basic wakeup as a function of timing
 delays, primarily seen on SKU201
  * emmc
  * libertas
  * X
  * VT
