Comment:

 Q2E49 and Q3B23 have been released with olpc-firmware package name and
 without olpc.fth, to support 11.3.1 development.  olpc-os-builder will now
 need changing for XO-1 and XO-1.5 in the same way that it was changed for
 XO-1.75.
