Comment:

 Unfortunately, the secondary servers seem to be temporarily down.  As such
 I have no cheese rpm or lsusb rpm's.  Here is the dmesg output for the
 insertion of the devices.  It looks from this like the uvc driver is now
 loading.  As for whether it is running at USB 2.0, or whether the
 application runs, that will have to wait for a little bit.
