 I saw duplicate activity icons appear in Sugar's Activity Spiral as well
 as list view after upgrading an XO-1.5 from 10.1.3.  However there are not
 full activities obviously duplicated in the filesystem.

 The activities duplicated in the applications view were Jukebox and Words.

 Restarting Sugar by rebooting the XO cleared up the issue.

 Seen in 11.3.0 os883.
