Comment(by dsd):

 Yes. olpc-os-builder depends on bitfrost, bitfrost depends on parts of
 Sugar.

 However sugar-update-control is not brought into the dependency chain.

 What is the exact issue here? "yum install bitfrost" will take care of
 everything you need.
