 I'm not 100% certain this is the case; we need to full separate "the
 failure to wake up from PS/2 input but it gets queued" action from the
 "PS/2 input failing when power/game button is used to wake up".

 Data may be partially overflowing and overwriting the PS/2 buffer(s)
 before we realize we need to use the power button to reset, which could
 potentially give OFW gibberish to work with when it finally does wake up
 the laptop.
