 content appeared to work fine, and locale was reset to German too.

 As we switched to store the settings in gconf, just backing up .sugar is
 not enough, you need to backup and restore '/home/olpc/.gconf' as well.
 Maybe this caused the color choke. If possible would be great to store the
 '.gconf' in '.sugar' as well...à vérifier.
