 A jffs2 image I just made which would be equivalent to 11.2.0 build 20 is
 664MB, which is still 62mb bigger than 10.1.3.

 I expect a 25mb overhead from the partitioned setup used in the ubifs
 images, meaning that the remaining ubifs overhead is about 57mb.
