 The buttons that depend on a selected area are not always deactivated when
 the area gets unselected.  This are: stamp tool, rotate left, rotate
 right, and the resize spin buttons.

 Steps to reproduce:

 1. Make a selection, some buttons are now clickable: stamp, rotate,
 resize.

 2. Change to another tool, for example the brush.

 3. Start drawing, the selection is lost but the buttons that depend on it
 stays clickable.
