 When one activity need transfer one file to start collaboration can use a
 http server like in ImageViewer or Read.

 In Read there are more problems, then the easier test is with ImageViewer.

 Steps to reproduce:

 1) In XO-A, start ImageViewer, open a file, and share.
 2) In XO-B, join the activity.

 In XO-A log, you can see a broken pipe error.

 With the attached patch the transfer is ok.
