 We already ship quite a number of activities that include binaries, and
 binaries for multiple architectures; rebuilding and adding more
 architectures is going to be the norm as we head towards ARM. I agree that
 this isn't a great system, but its the system that is in place.

 Simon, what do you think? Do we forget about the SL guidelines and include
 this anyway?
