Comment:

 Yes - move out

  * we haven't heard from the field about failures realted to this
 specifically (and we have heard of other storage related failures)
  * if it fails to recover and mount, it usually fails to get repaired
 usefully by fsck
  * dsd hints that systemd/plymouth changes upstream make this more
 feasible in F15/F16
