 The first time I tried this I only used the mouse, and the frame
 immediately disappeared, but then I could not get it to reappear using the
 frame key, only the mouse (likely another bug).

 I tried this a second time after rebooting and using the frame key to show
 the frame prior to dragging the Picture to Write, and was able to
 reproduce this.

 I not certain if the keyboard vs. mouse to show the frame prior to
 dragging the mouse had anything to do with this though.
